4 sets of 10 floor presses at 53# and 4 sets of bent over rows also at 53#
Then, 3 rounds for time:
50 double unders
100 m farmer carry AHAP (as heavy as possible)
100 backward singles (jump rope)
Time = 10:01 Rx (I used 53# kettlebells)
My double unders could have been faster, my backward singles were solid and my carry was pretty quick. I had serious forearm pump afterwards so I think I made the right choice. My initial thought was to grab the 70# kettlebells, but that would have been really tough!
Today's sports bra was purchased at Ross. It's Avia, random, I know, but I loved the color. It's very comfortable, fits well, and was cheap. I'll post a photo later. It's in the wash and my google search was unsuccessful. I mostly just got photos of porn. Weird.
