I subbed down to band assisted HSPU which in hindsight was a poor decision. I should have just done them from a box. I wasted a lot of time getting in and out of the bands and then my HSPU were still slow. I only got 22 pull-ups. I still can't string more than 3 or 4 together. I was frustrated after this one. Most scores were 50+ pull-ups. I think using bands is a great way for getting a feel for what a true HSPU should be, but in a timed workout, the easier, more efficient sub down from a box would have been a better choice.

Believe it or not, today's sports bra came from Forever 21. That's right! $10.80, comfortable, cute, and supportive (enough). Mine's black, though.
